Ingredients:
- 1 kg
- Chicken
1 tbsp crashed pepper
- 3 / 4 cup of toyo ( Soy sauce)
- 1/4 cup of Vinegar
- Laurel leaves
- Vetsin or chicken seasoning
How to Cook Adobo Recipe:
Mix all of the ingredient on the casserole
Optional : When the sauce of chicken adobo start to dry, just add 2 tbsp of cooking oil to fry. Served this delicious Filipino food with newly cooked white rice.
Note : It is not necessary to dry completely the sauce, it is up on your preference.
