Ginataang Manok

Direction for Cooking:

1 whole chicken, slice
2 cup kakang gata
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp chop siling labuyo
salt
ground peppercorn
tanglad
tomato or carrots
springonion
vetsin (optional)
chicken seasoning

How to Cook Ginataang Manok:

Wash chicken then drain, mix all of the ingredient and bring to boil, simmer  until sauce thickened. Remove tanglad. Sprinkle with springonion and served ginataang manok with hot steamy rice.
