Miswa Soup

Miswa is a popular Filipino wheat noodle that are usually used for day to day soup and other recipe, I usually cooked miswa with crab to prepare crab soup or sometimes cook with regular sardines . I just prepared miswa with siomai for my kids early this afternoon for their merienda and I hope that you would try and like it too.

Ingredient:

2 plastic of Miswa worth Php 10.00 each
2 tbsp mined garlic
1/2 onion peeled and sliced
1 pc patola, slice
Vetsin (optional )
patis
1/2 kg pork spare ribs
10 pcs steam siomai
salt to taste
1/8 tbsp ground peppercorn

How to Cook Miswa Recipe

Bring to boil spare ribs in 1 litre of water for 30 minutes, add 1 cup of water. Saute garlic, onion, and tenderize spare ribs, add patis and simmer for  minute, Add pork stock and bring to boil, salt to taste, vetsin, ground pepepercorn and patola. Bring to boil andadd miswa noodles then  turn into small fire for 2-3 minute or until vegetable is done. Served soup in a bowl with 2 pcs of siomai on each serving. Enjoy...
