Sweet Cook Pork Tenderloin with Baguio Beans

Sweet cook pork tenderloin with tenderloin is one of my personal favorite vegetable for my kids, it is not really a popular filipino recipe but it is one of my own favorite vegetable recipe. I usually prepare this food as a school lunch for my kids and maybe you also give it a try and hope you will like it.

Ingredient :

1/2 kg of pork tenderloin
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tbsp of ground peppercorn
vetsin (optional)
1/2 kg Baguio beans (cut into halves)
2-3 tbsp minced garlic
1 pc of onion, sliced
2-3 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup water

Procedure for Cooking:

Slice into strip tenderloin, marinate with soy sauce, sugar, ground peppercorn, vetsin over night. Saute garlic, onion, then add marinated pork tenderloin, simmer for few minute then add water to tenderize, wait until water completely evaporated until pork secretes its own oil. Stir fry beans until half cook then add beans on the sauted pork. Cook for several minute then add salt or sugar according to taste.
