Vegetable Beef Stir Fry

Vegetable Beef Stir Fry Recipe Ingredient:

Canola oil
300 gram beef season with salt and pepper
50 gram of Sitsaro (snow pea)
50 gram Brocolli
50 gram Baguio beans ( cut into halves)
50 gram cabbage (cut)
Vetsin (optional)
2-3 ground garlic
1 whole onion, cut into halves
1 thumbsize ginger, julienne
Beef stock 1 cup
1/4 cup Oystersauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup Cornstarch mix with 1/2 cup water(thickening)
 Spring onion
Procedure For Cooking Beef Stir Fry with Vegetable:

In a pan with cooking oil, stir fry brocolli, baguio beans, sitsaro, cabbage and set aside. Using same pan, string fry beef for 10 minute or untril done, mix with stir fry vegetable. Using same pan, saute garlic, onion, ginger. Add beef stock to boil, include sugar and oyster sauce. Pour slurry while continously stirring to achieve desired consistency. Pour sauce over the vegetable and stir fry beef and sprinkle with spring onion . Served vegetable with beef stir fry while it is hot, share and enjoy....
