Mixed Seafoods Recipe With Oyster Sauce

If your looking for a delicious and flavorful  filipino seafood recipes here is my menu that you could try with, It is one of my husband favorite appetizer everytime he drinks with a friend. He always order this menu everytime they dine to drink on their favorite bar. Here how he cook his favorite pulutan, Mixed seafoods  with oyster sauce.

Mixed Seafoods Recipe With Oyster Sauce Recipe Ingredient

Cooking oil
2-3 tbsp minced garlic
1 whole onion slice
Patis
1/2 kg mussels (tahong)
1 cup clam (tulya)
1/4 kg squid, clean thorougly. remove black ink cut into ring
1/4 kg tanigue, cut into cube
1/4 kg prawns
100 gram fresh oyster meat (scald)
5-10 pcs squid ball (quartered)
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 cup of water
1 pc Redbell pepper,  quarter and remove seed
Vetsin
salt to taste
1/2 cup of cornstarch dissolve in 1/2 cup of water

Mixed Seafood Direction of Cooking

Cook mussels, clam and squid on the pan, cook in small fire for 5 minute, don't put any water. Separate meat from the shell. In separate pan sautee garlic onion, add squid and simmer for 5 minute, add tanigue and squid ball and 1 tbsp of patis and simmer for another five minute. Add oyster sauce and simmer for 1-2 minute, add water and bring to boil, add salt to taste and vetsin and thickened with dissolve cornstarch, lastly add oyster, clam, mussels, and shrimp, red bell pepper and boil for another 1-2 minute. Served newly cook mixed seafoods recipes with ice cold beer or with steam white rice. Add chillie to make it spicy, enjoy...
