Crab Curry Recipe Ingredient
- 3 medium size mud crab (alimango)
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 1 bundle of petchay, sliced
- patis
- 2-3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 whole onion sliced
- ginger 50 gram, julienne
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 2-3 pcs siling labuyo1/4 tbsp ground peppercorn
- salt to taste
- vetsin
Crab Curry Procedure for Cooking
- Wash crab thoroughly, cut into halves
- In a pan with cooking oil ,sautee garlic and onion
- Add alimango (crab mud) and patis and simmer for 2-5 minute
- Add coconut cream and curry powder
- Bring to boil, add salt to taste and vetsin
- Cook until sauce decrease half by volume and thickened
- Add petchay and cook for another minute
- Served crab curry recipe while it is hot along with hot steamy rice, enjoy.....
