Crab Curry



Crab Curry Recipe Ingredient
  • 3 medium size mud crab (alimango)
  • 2 tsp cooking oil
  • 1 bundle of petchay, sliced
  • patis
  • 2-3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 whole onion sliced
  • ginger 50 gram, julienne
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 2-3 pcs siling labuyo1/4 tbsp ground peppercorn
  • salt to taste
  • vetsin
Crab Curry Procedure for Cooking
  • Wash crab thoroughly, cut into halves
  • In a pan with cooking oil ,sautee garlic and onion
  • Add alimango (crab mud) and patis and simmer for 2-5 minute
  • Add coconut cream and curry powder
  • Bring to boil, add salt to taste and vetsin
  • Cook until sauce decrease half by volume and thickened
  • Add petchay and cook for another minute
  • Served crab curry recipe while it is hot along with hot steamy rice, enjoy.....
