Squash Soup Recipe

Squash Soup Recipe Ingredient :

2-3 tbsp minced garlic
1 whole onion, slice
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp cooking oil
2-3 tbsp patis (Fish sauce)
200 gram squash, cut into small cube
1/2 cup shrimp. deshelled and cut into small pcs
1/2 kg chicken breast, boiled into 1 litre of water (shredded)
salt to taste
1 /2 tsp ground peppercorn
1 small can evap. milk
 parsley (garnishing)

Squash Soup Recipe Procedure for Cooking :

In a pan, sautee garlic and onion from mixture of cooking oil and butter. Add chicken, shrimp, patis and cover for several minute to simmer. Add chicken broth and squash, bring to boil and simmer until squash tender. Add vetsin, pepper and salt to taste. Lastly, pour in evap milk while constantly stirring to avoid curdling. Garnish squash soup with chopped parsley and served while broth still hot, enjoy
