Sinigang sa Miso Recipe

Sinigang sa miso is a variation of sinigang recipe. In my previous post i have feature sinigang na baboy. The only difference with two mention sinigang recipe is the additional recipe with sinigang sa miso which is miso. The other major difference also is the process of cooking. Before, when cooking miso they usually kanduli for fish recipe but the taste is too fishy. Anyway here is my method of cooking sinigang na isda recipe-miso.

Ingredient:

 
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 head of onion, chop
  • 5 tbsp of ginger chop
  • 1 litre of water
  • 1 kg of bangus or maya maya (scale and clean)
  • 1 pack of tamarind powder
  • 2 tbsp patis
  • 150 gram mustasa
  • 150 gram miso
  • vetsin
  • salt to taste
  • green chilli (pangsigang)

Direction of Cooking For Sinigang sa Miso Recipe:

In a casserole with oil, sautee garlic, onion, ginger and add miso and patis, cover and simmer for 5 while constantly stirring to avoid miso to stick on the pot. Add water and bring to boil. put the fish and tamarind powder,cook for 15 minute, simmer. Add vetsin, mustasa and sili and salt to taste. Served sinigang sa miso recipe while the broth is hot with patis and calamansi as a sawsawan, best served with steamy rice.
