Rellenong Bangus Recipe

Here is another pinoy recipe that will surely increase your craving. Rellenong bangus or Stuffed Milk fish is one the best food you should prepare especially during special occasion. It is not that easy to prepare this awesome Filipino food but the effort worthwhile because it is extremely delicious.
      Ingredients for Relyenong Bangus Recipes
·        1 big bangus (milkfish)
·        2 tbsp soy sauce
·        2 pcs calamansi
·        2 tbsp cooking oil
·        2 tsp garlic, crushed
·        1 pc onion minced
·        3 pcs tomatoes, sliced fine
·        ½ cup carrot, minced
·        1 small can green peas
·        2 eggs
·        1 small box raisins
·        1 /4 tsp powdered pepper
·        2 sliced ham, minced


 Procedure of Cooking Rellenong

Clean the bangus, removed the scales and made an opening at the back. Don’t cut the head or the tail. Take away all the contents and meat of the fish. Marinate the skin of bangus in soy sauce and calamansi juice. Set aside the skin Scald the meat until it is cook then debone. 

Saute garlic and onion then add the tomatoes cook well before adding the meat of bangus. Lastly, add  ham, carrots, green peas, raisins and eggs beaten. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff this mixture inside the fish skin and sew it carefully to make the fish looks whole again.  Wrap in aluminum foil then fry until it is cook.  Let it cool before you slice the fish. Serve Rellenong bangus recipe in a platter and garnish with fresh tomatoes. Use catsup as a sauce.
