Chicken Sandwich

Everybody has it own version for preparing chicken sandwich bread filling and we Filipino has its own version too. During the time when I was still working in Canada, my Hungarian supervisor once offered me a sandwich and I was so surprise to find out that the filling is almost same with our Filipino style chicken sandwich recipe.

Ingredient

1/2kg chicken breast, boiled and shredded

3-4 cups mayonnaise

¼ tbsp salt

1 pc carrots, grated

1-2 onion (big) grated

Tasty Bread

Lettuce

Tomato, slice

How to Make Chicken Sandwich

In a mixing bowl, mixed together shredded chicken, mayonnaise, salt, carrots and mixed thoroughly. Prepare sandwich by spreading filling in between bread and a slice of lettuce and onion. Chicken Sandwich is usually served with pansit bihon, Enjoy.
