Recipe Paella Valenciana

While recipe Paella Valenciana is a well known Spanish food from a coastal city known as Valencia, the food is so famous althroughout the world. The recipe is one of the Spanish influences in Philippines as the food has become so popular with the early Filipino. But nowadays,the food is almost forgotten by the new generation of Filipino but now I just want to share my method of cooking Paella Valenciana.

Ingredient:

1/2 cup bacon
1 cup pork Tenderloin
1 cup Chicken
1/2 cup Chorizo de Bilbao
1 cup clam
1 cup Shrimp
1/2 cup Squid
1 cup Crab
1/2 cup String bean (Sitaw)
1 cup peas
1/2 cup Green bell pepper
1 can Pimientos
1 cup Tomato sauce
Salt to taste
Vetsin
1/8 tbsp pepper
1 cup rice
5 cup stock
1 pc hard boiled egg
2 tbsp parsley, chop
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
2-3 tbsp Cooking oil

How to Cook Recipe Paella Valenciana:

Saute onion until it brown in Cooking oil, add olive oil. Include bacon, tenderloin, chorizo de bilbao, clam, chicken, shrimp, crabs and squids. Stir and simmer for few minute until the ingredient start to tender its own juice, add broth stock, tomato sauce and rice, aange alternately stringbean, pimiento and green pepper peas. Include vetsin, pepper, and salt to taste. Cover until rice is well done, served newly cook recipe paella valenciana with hard boiled egg at the top, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
