Sauted Spinach Recipes Ingredient:
- 2-3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 whole onion, sliced
- 1 whole tomato, sliced
- 2-3 tsp cooking oil
- 250 gram ground pork
- 2 tbsp patis
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 bundle of spinach (1 kg), separate leaves from stalk, include tender stalk
- 3 pcs tokwa
- vetsin
- salt to taste
- 1 pc pork cube seasoning
- In a pan, sautee garlic, onion, and tomato.
- Add ground pork and patis, cover pan and simmer for 15 minute while stirring meat for time to time to avoid burning.
- Add tokwa and shrimp, simmer for 1-2 minute
- Add water and bring to boil amd simmer for 3-5 minute
- Include spinach and pork cubes, simmer for 1-2 minute
- Add vetsin and salt to taste
