Here how I prepare a nutritious Filipino Recipes, Sauted Spinach Recipes.

Sauted Spinach Recipes Ingredient:

  • 2-3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 whole onion, sliced
  • 1 whole tomato, sliced
  • 2-3 tsp cooking oil
  • 250 gram ground pork
  • 2 tbsp patis
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 bundle of spinach (1 kg), separate leaves from stalk, include tender stalk
  • 3 pcs tokwa
  • vetsin
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pc pork cube seasoning
Sauted Spinach Recipes Procedure for Cooking

  • In a pan, sautee garlic, onion, and tomato.
  • Add ground pork and patis, cover pan and simmer for 15 minute while stirring meat for time to time to avoid burning.
  • Add tokwa and shrimp, simmer for 1-2 minute
  • Add water and bring to boil amd simmer for 3-5 minute
  • Include spinach and pork cubes, simmer for 1-2 minute
  • Add vetsin and salt to taste
Served sauted spinach while it is hot along with hot steamy rice.
