Beef Curry Recipe

Here is my own version of cooking beef curry recipe, my method of cooking for this filipino dish is the same with chicken curry recipe, we doesn't really use beef for curry recipe but the when i try this recipe just for experiment my husband like it so much. For me, the taste of beef curry recipe has a big similarity  with the taste of beef caldereta. Here is my method of cooking this flavorful beef curry recipe.

Ingredient ;

1 kg of beef, cut into cube
3 pcs potato, quarter
1 carrots cut into cubes
3-4 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup coconut cream (kakang gata)
1 pc onion, sliced
1-2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp curry powder
1 beef cube seasoning
2-3 tbsp patis
salt to taste

Beef Curry Procedure of Cooking:

Bring to boil for an hour beef cube with 1 litre of water using pressure cooker, check beef if tender by opening lid of pressure cooker carefully (Open noozle first to release pressure ). In a heated pan with cooking oil, sautee garlic, onion and tender beef, add patis and cover for 10 minute. Add 2 cups of beef stock, potato, carrots and bring to boil until potato and carrots tenderize. Add kakang gata and curry powder when sauce decrease its volume in half and start to thickned add beef seasoning cube, vetsin, salt to taste. Served newly cooked beef curry recipe with hot steamy rice.
