In a heated pot with 2 tbsp oil, sautee garlic, onion, ground pork, add patis and cover to simmer for 5 - 10 minute. Include potato with 1/2 cup of water. Bring to boil until the broth dies up and potato tender. Move cooked ground pork to mixing bowl to cool then include egg, peppercorn and spring onion, flour, vetsin and salt to taste, sccop 2-3 tbsp of pork and form into ball and flattened by pressing using both palm. In a seperate wok with vegetable oil fry the pork carefully especially when flipping the putty on the opposite side when the meat turns into golden brown.
