Roast Spare Ribs

Here is my own version for preparing roast spareribs.

 Pork Spareribs Ingredient

  • 2 kg of spareribs
  • 5 cups of soysauce
  • 6 cups of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup, ground garlic
  • 2 tbsp ground peppercorn
  • 4 tbsp  vetsin
  • 1 pork cubes

Dipping or Sawsawan

  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 pcs onion head. chop
  • Soysauce 1/4 cup
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 pcs chili / siling labuyo, slice

In a bowl mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ground, peppercorn, vetsin, pork cubes. Stir to dissolve granular particle. Add spare ribs to marinate for 1 day, occasionally turning spare ribs to marinate both side. Roast spare ribs and served with java rice.


Filipino Recipe Grilled belly Pork ( Liempo)

Ingredient For Grilled Liempo

  • 1 kg liempo, cut flat ang longitudinal
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp crush peppercorn
  • 2 heads of crushed garlic
  • 2 vetsin ( small)

Sawsawan or Sauce for Roast Liempo

  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 pcs onion head. chop
  • Soysauce 1/4 cup
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 pcs chili / siling labuyo, slice


Procedure for Roast Liempo (Filipino Style Recipe)

In a bowl, mix all of the ingredient and knead pork to absoved the flavor of the ingredient. Let it stand for 3 hours, refrigerate and grill. Served roast liempo with hot steamy rice with sawsawan (sauce).
