Filipino's are known for their fondness with pork recipe especially barbeque. Here is another pork recipe that you will surely like, a recipe that will always be closed to our heart, Pork barbeque recipe.
Ingredients for Marinates :
1 kg of pork kasim , slice into thin and long slices
10 - 15 pcs calamansi, juiced
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup banana catsup
1 tbsp ground peppercorn
2-3 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 glass of 7 up or sprite
1 tbsp brown sugar (sugar)
1 small vetsin optional
1 tbsp Ginebra
15-20 bamboo stick for skewers
Barbeque Dipping:
Vinegar 1 cup
2-3 chop onion
2-3 sugar
1/2 soysauce
3-4 siling labuyo, sliced
How to Prepare Filipino Pork Barbeque:
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredient mention above, mixed thoroughly then marinate sliced pork overnight. Skewer marinated pork using barbeque stick then grill pork using charcoal, turn pork time to time to avoid meat from burning. Apply marinate sauce by basting while grilling using paint brush. Served when pork barbeque is well done. Served with dipping along with hot steamy rice. Enjoy.....
