Filipino Food and Recipe Sour cream pork chops :
Ingredient :
9 Pork chop , cut into 1/2 inch thick (Cover with Flour)
2 bayleaf
9 cloves , minced garlic
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 cup water
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 pint Sour Cream
Direction of Cooking :
Dredge pork chops with seasoned flour and stick a clove on each. Brown lightly in a little fat and place in an oven proof dish. Combine water, bayleaf , vinegar, and sugar and cook along with the pork.
