I always prepare misua soup as a side dish for fried fish. This filipino soup recipe is easy to cook and delicious too. Here is my procedure for cooking misua soup.
Ingredient:
Ingredient:

- 1/4 kg patola
- Patis or Fish sauce
- salt to taste
- Chop spring onion
- In a big casserole ( Pressure cooker) bring to boil the spareribs or butobuto, let it simmer in 30 minute to extract taste from buto buto.
- In a pan with oil, saute garlic and onion
- Add spareribs and patis or fish sauce, cover and simmer for 5-10 minute
- Add pork broth(stock), pork bouillon, vetsin and salt to taste
