Ginataan na Tilapia Ingredient:
Heat pan, then add 1 - 3 tbsp canola oil. Sautee garlic, siling labuyo, onion, and ginger. Then add kakang gata and bring to boil while constantly stirring to avoid curdling. Add petchay ot litsugas and tilapia fish, bring to boil and simmer until the sauce decreases by half. Salt to taste and vetsin (optional). - 1 bundle of petchay
- 1 1/2 cup of kakang gata (coconut cream)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 onion, sliced

- salt to taste
