Laing Ingredient:
2 cups of kakang gata
2 cups of gata
2-3 bundle Dahon ng gabi (taro leaves with stalk)
100 gram labahita
200 gram pork with fat
vetsin
salt to taste
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2-3 thumb size ginger
Laing Procedure for Cooking
Laing Ingredient:

Laing Procedure for Cooking
- Shred leave and remove outer fibrous skin of taro stalk
- In a casserole, bring to boil 2 cups of gata with leaves, stalk, ginger, garlic, pork, labahita
- Simmer until sauce almost dry
- Add kakang gata, add siling labuyo
- Simmer until sauce almost completely dry
- Add vetsin, taste then add salt if needed
