Beef and vegetable stir fry Recipes Ingredient :
- 200 gram Brocolli
- 200 gram cauliflower
- 1 medium size Carrots, cut into serving pcs
- 100 gram Water chestnut
- 100 gram Sitsaro
- 100 gram Shirmp
- Cooking oil
- 300 gram Beef tenderloin, cut across the grain into thin strips
- 5 - 7 pcs calamansi
- 1/2 cup soysauce
- Vetsin
- Aji-ginisa
- 2-3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 medium size onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- sallt to taste
- In a pan, stir fried vegetables mention above, set aside
- In a mixing bowl marinate Beef tenderloin and shrimp with soysauce and kalamansi juice for 30 minute
- In a pan stir fry beef in high fire for several minute until it is done
- Add shimp and stir fry for another minute in low fire
- Add cornstarch on Soysauce with calamansi juice to make a slurry for thickening
- Combine stir fry beef and vegetables
- Add slurry, vetsin, salt to taste, and aji-ginisa
