Sinigang na hipon (filipino shrimp recipe), one of many filipino soup that was usually cook by stewing along with tamarind to sour taste. It can be cook along with fish, beef, pork, or shrimp. Sinigang is day to day meal for Filipino for the reason that it was so easy to prepare, affordability, and of course because of taste. Anyway here's how i cook this appetizing shrimp recipe.

Ingredient for Sinigang na Hipon :
- 1 kg of of hipon (Prawn), washed and drain
- 1 pc radish wash (sliced)
- 1 bundle of kangkong wash (separate leaves from stalk)
- 1 pack of tamarind (small pack good for a litre of broth)
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- vetsin
- 1 bundle sitaw wash (string bean), cut into strips 2"
- 1 pc eggplant wash , slice
- salt to taste
- Siling pangsigang
- Boil 1 litre of water along with tomato and onion.
- Pour in hipon, and bring to boil and simmer for 5 minute.
- Add radish, eggplant, sitaw (stingbean), simmer for 5 minute
- Add tamarind flavoring and salt to taste
- Lastly add kangkong, siling pansigang and simmer for 1-2 minute
