Filipino Menudo Recipes Ingredient :
In a clean bowl, marinate pork with soysauce and calamansi over night, refrigerate. In a pot with cooking oil sautee garlic, onion, tomato, pork and add 2 tbsp toyo, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minute. add water abd bring to boil, simmer and after 10 minute of simmering include potato, carrots, pork cube, atay na baboy, bring to boil until pork tenderize and sauce almost dry, add atsuete oil to color, salt to taste, vetsin, red bell pepper and thickened using liver spread. Transfer cooked menudo in a platter and served while it is hot with steamy rice.

- 1 kg Pork (kasim), cut into cube
- 2-3 tbsp cooking oil
- 2-3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 whole onion, sliced
- 2 tomato, slice
- 3 tbsp soysauce
- 5 pcs calamansi, juiced
- 1/4 kg atay ng baboy
- 3 pcs potato, skinned, cubes and wash
- 1 pc carrot, sliced and cubes
- 1 pcs red bell pepper
- vetsin
- 1 pork cubes
- salt to taste
- 3 tbsp toyo
- laurel
- 3 cups of water
- atsuete oil
- 1 can liver spread
- 1/2 tbsp ground peppercorn
